This California coastal landmark (pictured above) underwent a complete renovation in a record 15 weeks. The 5,000 square foot restaurant was built in the 1920s overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Over the years the geological slide on which the restaurant was built was moving closer to the ocean. Had it not been renovated, the building would have been condemned.
The restaurant required a new foundation as well as extensive improvements to bring it up to code. The challenge came from maintaining the building’s history and ambiance throughout the renovation. We completed the $2 million project on time and on budget.
